Delete your account
How to permanently delete your Klubb account and what happens to your data.
Account deletion is permanent. Once you confirm, your user record and personal data are removed and cannot be restored.
How to delete
Open the deletion flow
Go to Settings → Privacy → Delete account on the web or mobile app.
Re-enter your password
For safety, you have to type your current password again to confirm it's really you.
Confirm
The deletion runs immediately. You're signed out everywhere.
What gets deleted
- Your user record (email, name, phone, avatar, locale)
- Your memberships on every team
- Your guardian links
- Your read-state markers
- Your unread notifications
What stays
To preserve the integrity of team history for the people still using Klubb, the following stays:
- Chat messages you posted, attributed to a deleted user
- Game records you created (the team still needs the schedule)
- Arenas and referees you added (the team still uses them)
- Alerts you authored as an admin
If you need any of these removed too, contact support before deleting your account.
If you are the last admin on a team, deletion will fail. Promote another member to admin first, or have an existing admin remove you from the team before deletion.
