Arenas and referees
Reusable venue and referee records for your team's games.
Arenas and referees are saved per-team so you don't retype them every match. Both are managed from Settings.
Arenas
An arena is a venue. Only the name is required — everything else is optional context that the app shows on the game screen and in directions.
| Field | Required |
|---|---|
| Name | Yes |
| Area / district | No |
| Address | No |
| City | No |
| Postal code | No |
Arenas appear in a dropdown when you create or edit a game. The list of arenas under Settings → Arenas also shows how many games each one is used on, so you can spot stale entries.
Referees
A referee is a contact, not an account — they don't need to log in to Klubb.
| Field | Required |
|---|---|
| First name | Yes |
| Last name | Yes |
| No | |
| Phone | No |
| Photo | No |
Like arenas, the referee list shows a usage count.
If your league rotates referees, add them once and reuse. Deleting a referee that's linked to past games leaves those games intact — only the link is removed.
Who can edit
Only team admins can create, edit, or delete arenas and referees. Players, trainers, and guardians can see them as part of game details but cannot modify them.
