Quickstart

Sign up, set up a team, and schedule your first game in Klubb.

This walkthrough takes you from a fresh install to a scheduled game. You can do all of it on the web at klubb.app or in the mobile app.

Create your account

Sign up with your email and a password. After verifying your email you're signed in.

Create or join a team

On the welcome screen, choose one:

  • Create a team — give it a name and pick an age category (junior or senior). You become the first admin.
  • Join a team — paste an 8-character invite code from an existing admin. You join with the role they configured for the invite.

A user can belong to multiple teams. Switch the active team from the sidebar (web) or settings tab (mobile).

Invite the rest of the team

As an admin, open Settings → Members → Add to generate an invite code. Codes are 8 uppercase characters. You can set an expiry and a maximum number of uses.

Share the code with players, trainers, and guardians. They'll redeem it on the join screen.

Add an arena and (optionally) referees

Open Settings → Arenas → Add and create at least one venue. Address fields are optional — only the name is required. Repeat under Settings → Referees if your league assigns referees.

Arenas and referees are reusable across all your team's games.

Schedule your first game

Open Settings → Games → Add. Fill in:

  • Home or away — toggles the isHome flag
  • Opponent — free text
  • Date and match time — required
  • Warmup time — optional
  • Arena — pick from the arenas you created
  • Referees — optional, pick one or more

Save. The game appears in the Games tab for everyone on the team and triggers a game_created notification.
